Working ships

Working Windships are those ships that make their living in some way other than by sail training.  I have made this designation purely as a means of distinguishing from Sail Training ships.  The collection you will see here again consists of exclusively square sail ships, barques, brigs and full riggers.  I should also note, that they encompass past and present and are, therefore, representative of all the great working ships that made or make their living by selling  a service rather than being subsidized in some way by a government or Organisation.

Note: There are often more than one photo of each ship, so enjoy checking them out.
